Minimum Stay Requirements

For rent villa: Low and High is 3 Nights, Peak is 5 nights
For wedding: 3 Nights (Wedding Day will be held on the second day)
Check in time is after 2pm
Check out time is 12 noon
Rates subject to 15.5% tax & service charge
Late check out time is 2pm, if there is no other booking on the same day and half of nightly rate will be applied.
Late check out until 6pm will cost 50% of the nightly rate (subject to availability), whilst full night rate applies after 6pm.
