Anapuri Beach Villas brings the highest standard of Indonesian hospitality and service to the exotic black sands of Bali’s Pabean Beach. This Guy Morgan designed boutique complex consists of four private villas, each with their own unique facilities and dedicated staff. All our villas are ultimate beachfront, allowing every guest to take in the views of the spectacular Indian Ocean, Nusa Penida Island, and the monumental silhouettes of the holiest mountain in Bali, Mount Agung.

All rates are per villa per night, shown in US Dollars, and are subject to 15.5% Tax and Service Charge.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

  • Check-in time is 14:00 hours (2pm) onwards.
  • Check-out time is 12:00 noon.

LATE CHECKOUT:

  • Day Use/late checkout until 18:00 hours (6pm) is subject to availability at a charged 50% of the daily rate.
  • Check out after 18:00 hours (6pm) will incur a payment of 100% of the daily rate.

TERMS and CONDITIONS

  • Each Anapuri Villa accommodates a maximum of two guests per bedroom.
  • All Anapuri Villa’s can accommodate children in any room. However, Puri Salila has a children’s room that can accommodate 6 – 8 children, plus an additional room with bunk beds for a helper or additional children.
  • Nightly tariffs represent the cost per night for a party of registered guests, with additional guest bedding subject to surcharge.
  • In accordance with Indonesian Government Regulations, payments by credit card will be invoiced in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
  • Extra bed surcharge is USD 35+ per night applies for children up to 12 years old and USD 50+ per night for adult including breakfast

  • Event Fees
    • This event fee will be charged to the guest to have a social gathering or celebration where the total number of guests exceeds double the sleeping capacity of the villa or when a significant amount of equipment (such as an external sound system) is brought onto a villa’s area.
  • Rates are subject to 15.5% government tax & service charge, valid for new
  • Banjar Fee USD 400 nett / event ( to support local community)
  • Refundable Security Deposit USD 1.000 nett (will be returned in full if there is no damage to the property as a result of the event)
  • Power fee USD 700 (price is including generator up to 65.000 watt, fuel, 1 technician stand by)
  • Curfew at 11 PM
  • Food & Beverage Catering could be handled by Anapuri Villas team (We have 8 chefs & cooks, 9 Bartenders)
  • If you wish to bring your own catering we have an event kitchen could be rented with theprice USD 500
  • Free usage of Salon Room (excluded the makeup artist and amenities )
