- Low season US$ 480++ (period 11th January – 31st July)
- High season US$ 580 ++ (period 1st September – 20th December)
- Peak season US$ 680 ++ (period 1st August – 31st August & 21st December- 10th January )
Term and condition
- Venue Rental is US$ 1.000nett. Include Tax, Venue, Parking lot, Police and local licence
- Rate is quoted in US dollars per night subject to 10% goverment tax and 5% service tax
- To confirm the reservation 50% deposit required and balance 30 days prior to arrival
- Notice of cancelation must be given in writing ,deposit and final payment are non refundable
- Minimum stay of 3 nights during the low season, 5 nights during the high season and 7 nights during the peak season .
- The villa disclaimed any and all liability of property lose or damage ,as well as injury including death sustained by any person while residing at the villa or while engaged on any tour whether the loss or injury occurred as a result of breath of contractual obligations of villa , it’s staff employee or agents .
