Villa The Sanctuary Bali has 10 luxurious bedrooms spread out over 5 accommodation pavilions:

  • One pavilion offers one very luxurious master bedroom with tropical garden and private pool. This is a two story one bedroom private pool villa overlooking the river
  • One large central pavilion next to the dining and living area houses 4 luxurious bedrooms referred to as “The Twin Bedrooms”. They are named bedroom 2,3,4 and 5.
  • One pavilion houses 2 luxurious bedrooms build along the river. They are named bedroom 6 and 7.
  • One small wooden bale pavilion houses a romantic bedroom. This is bedroom 8.

One pavilion houses our bunk bedrooms for 20 children in 10 bunk beds. These bunk bedrooms can be converted into 2 luxurious bedrooms with double bed or twin beds named bedroom 9 and 10.

Villa The Sanctuary Bali’s professional team takes care of everything, leaving guests free to relax and enjoy their holiday. It is always good to let our general manager Putu know what level of personal service you are comfortable with. Would you like staff on hand throughout the day to service snacks and drinks, or would you prefer to see them only at meal times? The general manager Putu will convey your preferences to the team, as well as taking care of all your special requests, to deliver a personally tailored luxury holiday experience.Managing director

Our Managing Director will take care of your bookings, payments and information in regards to Villa The Sanctuary Bali by email only.

General Manager : Our General Manager Putu looks after our staff, meets and greets guest on arrival and departure and makes sure our team meets all expectations. Putu is in charge of all operations and will coordinate your stay.

Villa Manager : Our villa manager Salam assists Putu and leads our customer service team. Salam will coordinate your food and transport and help you to book a restaurant or to organize excursions in and around Bali. Salam is also in charge of our team of butlers.

Butlers : Villa The Sanctuary Bali has a team of professional attentive young men and ladies serving food and drinks at any moment of the day.

Cooks : Villa The Sanctuary Bali has 2 amazing cooks. You can choose from our menu or order your desired meal. Our professional chefs will prepare it for you to the highest standards: breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack: our food is delicious! Most importantly, we cater for all flavors! Asian, Western or Vegetarian: we can cook everything. Our kitchen staff does all the required shopping. You do not have to worry about anything! We recruited our chefs from leading 5 star resorts in Bali and we are very proud on the excellent quality of our food. Foodies will be in heaven!

Villa attendants : Villa The Sanctuary Bali has many smiling Balinese ladies who are in charge of housekeeping. They will clean the villa daily and make sure you do not have to worry about anything. Your bedroom will be cleaned twice per day.

Security: Safety and security is our main concern so we employ a professional team of security guards to ensure your safety and security 24H around the clock. All guests must register and nobody will be allowed into Villa The Sanctuary Bali without your permission. Important note: all our bedrooms have a safety deposit box to guard your money and valuables. We insist to use them.

Gardeners and Pool Man : Villa The Sanctuary Bali has a professional team maintaining our tropical gardens and pool without distracting our guest.

Technician: Villa The Sanctuary Bali has a full time technician in case something would not work to resolve the problem immediately.

Drivers : Villa The Sanctuary Bali provides a Toyota Innova car which has 7 seats and our team of butlers also work as drivers. They will bring you everywhere at anytime of the day. Please be so kind to communicate with our villa manager Salam when a driver needs to be available and Salam will make sure your transport will be ready.
