ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES

  • Check in time : 3 pm
  • Check out time : 11 am
  • Late check out until 06.00pm is chargeable 50% of the daily rate
  • Late check out after 6 pm is chargeable 100%.
  • All guests at the villa must provide their Identification papers/ passports to the Manager for registration with local authorities.
  • Security deposit is required, minimum IDR. 5.000.000 A deposit will be
  • requested by the villa manager upon arrival and will be refunded at the end of the rental period.

WEDDING/ EVENTS

  • Villa’s booking are for vacation purposes .The renter or its guests can notplan an event or function at the villa without an approval from the Owner or a prior written request to the Owner, minimum 7 days before arrival. The property owner can recommend a suitable coordinator when required. If an event is permitted at the Vila, an event fee, in addition to a local community ( Banjar Fees ) will apply . Curfew time until 11.00pm.
